This letter is in regards to the inspection done at 51611 Martinez,
La Quinta, CA 92253.
It is the opinion of the Building Department that several hazards
presently exist and need immediate attention. They are as follows:
1. Leak in roof - to prevent further interior damage.
2. Replace front bathroom ceiling - rotten from roof leak.
3. Replace missing electrical cover plates throughout home.
4. Repair 4" X 12" fake beam at front of garage before it falls.
5. Bathroom toilet out of order.
The following are five other homeowner complaints that are not a
hazard or life threatening.
1. Baseboard in kitchen needs repair.
2. Repair window and door screens.
3. Painting inside house.
4. Air conditioning not working properly.
5. Termite problem around fence area.
