As the enclosure of this patio has not been converted to conditioned' space, it is not in violation of any California Energy Commission regulations. However, should this space be conditioned in the future a permit would be required at that time. The inspection found no violations regarding required setbacks. While not being able to verify insulation or drywall nailing, the work appeared to have been done in a reasonable fashion.
