Dear Mr. Danforth,
The Tradition Architectural Committee has reviewed and approved your re -submittal of
construction documents for your Tradition home subject to the following comments:
1. Please provide a -termination detail for those parapet was that do not have it.
The plans still show some with the detail and some without.
2. The mailbox design submitted was approved for use.
3. On the grading plan, the spa height .is 1'10 %2" from the patio; per the detail it
is less than 18", please clarify this.
4. On the irrigation plan, we did not find a note that stated that the backflow
prevention device will be screened from view. It is shown next to a grass area
and will need to be screened.
We are in receipt of the construction performance deposit, thank you. Please filj out the
necessary forms required prior to construction and have those submitted to the
Association office before breaking ground. We look forward to working with you further
on the construction of your new home and thank you for this submittal.
