On the grading plan, the spa height .is 1'10 %2" from the patio; per the detail it is less than 18", please clarify this. 4. On the irrigation plan, we did not find a note that stated that the backflow prevention device will be screened from view. It is shown next to a grass area and will need to be screened. We are in receipt of the construction performance deposit, thank you. Please filj out the necessary forms required prior to construction and have those submitted to the Association office before breaking ground.
