Dear Mr. ]ones:
The Architectural Committee and landscape Committee respectively reviewed and approved your
revised_ plans for the above referenced items.
Please note the following:
"Quiet" pumps shall be utilized for all pool and spa Installations and shall meet the
minimum requirement of the industry's "quiet" pump standards.
• The contractor shall ensure that the make-up water for the automatic water feed device
be tapped ahead of the main dwelling shutoff. Existing hose bibs cannot be used for this
purpose.
• Please be reminded that once a homeowner Installs custom concrete surfaces, the
Association has no responsibility for maintenance or repairs for such modifications. Per
the Architectural *Guidelines, reference page 7, Section 6 - Patio Decking & Patio
Extensions, ......."any damage or change to the aforementioned shall be at the Owner's
expense."
• All concrete used in PGA WEST 11 Residential Association shall be in accordance with that
shown in "Concrete Mix", Appendix 3, enclosed for your convenience.
• Barbecue - height of countertop cannot exceed 36", total height including countertop
cannot exceed 54"
• The Association owns, and the landscape contractor operates, a TORO Irrigation system.
Modifications to existing, or installation of new irrigation equipment, shall be coordinated
