SUBJECT: Dwelling located at 52-445 Avenida Mendoza
On December 9, 1994, I performed a final inspection at the Stockman home at 52-445
Avenida Mendoza.
The quality of construction at this site is quite poor overall. Some exterior plaster patches
are poorly done, not matching the color coat finish. The carpet is deplorable in color and
installation - seams do not match, the nap is going in different directions, making for a poor
job overall.
The drywall patch at tempered glass by front entry door was not completed at the time of
final, but no code allows me to withhold a final approval.
The landscaping meets City requirements, but is already drying out as no electric was turned'
on to water automatically. The rear yard grading was done at a 2 to 1 to avoid a retaining
wall. This area is already overgrown with weeds.
The minimum Building Standards and Codes have been met, as have the Planning
requirements.
