As*you know, the issue at hand is the sewer ingress for this property, which enters on the adjoining lot (which I also own) and meanders over to the above property. As I have explained to Mr. Butler, this situation, which was approved by Coachella Valley Water District in 1992, was not disclosed to me when I brought the properties. I am taking action against the Title Co., but this process will be long and the outcome uncertain. I do not have the approximately $12,000 necessary to make this change today. Also, I have a renter ready to occupy the property. It is my intention to build on the adjacent vacant lot when market conditions improve. At that time, the partial wall that exists would have to be removed and a new wall constructed. At that time also, the sewer ingress would be moved to be in compliance.
