Dear Jeff & Nini Hillebrand:
The Architectural Committee for PGA WES TI Residential Association met on May 13, 2010 and, among
other items, reviewed your Architectural Application for Patio Extension, Pergola, Room Addition, BBQ,
Misting System and 5 new Sliding Doors and Gate Color change at your home at 56-665 Merion. The
Committee approves contingent upon the following terms and conditions.
• An Agreement and Covenant Running with the Land will be required, one will be sent to you for
execution as soon as it is prepared, and the agreement stays with the property and conditions the
owner as the responsible party for the improvements.
• No work may commence until your contractor meets with Sunshine Landscape to review the
property and all irrigation and electrical lines. Additionally, Bob Pantanella, Director of
Community Services shall meet with you and/or your contractor to review safety issues on the
property during this project prior to any work commencing. Mr. Pantanella may'be reached at
760-564-1032.
• A new Architectural Drawing must be submitted showing the elevation of the Pergola with detail
to show stucco pillars and stucco facia around the top of the wood members, no wood may be
visible from the golf course of side of the Pergola. This new drawing must be submitted to
management for approval prior to any work commencing. Stucco color to match the home color...
• The only landscape approval is for the removal of landscape in the patio extension area only.
• There is no approval for lighting changes with this application. If landscape and lighting changes
are planned, a separate application must be submitted to the Association for review and approval
prior to any work commencing in those areas.
• All other Architectural Rules & Regulations of PGA WEST II Residential Association dated
8/01/07 must be followed relating to all items on this application.
Review by the Committee is only for general conformance with the architectural guidelines It is the
