1. If specifically noted by the Architectural Committee, i understand that I
shall be responsible for all maintenance and upkeep connected with this -
improvement. In some cases, I understand the PGA West II Residential
Association, Inc. may be required to pay additional insurance expenses
related to this improvement. I understand these will be passed through to
me on an annual basis and I shall be responsible for the reimbursement
to the Association.
2.. During the. approval process, the Architectural Committee may require
that independent consultants review the proposed plans. Such review(s)
are very limited in scope and may not be relied upon by me to insure the
accuracy of any detail on the plans whether from an architectural,
engineering, structural, landscaping_ and/or legal standpoint.

the plans, drawings or blueprints as submitted and believe that I have
not in any way, other than that disclosed by.the submittal, negatively
