Dear Ron & Karen Lyons:
The Architectural Committee met on December 11, 2014 and reviewed and approved your
architectural plans with the following conditions being met.
• The contractor, must sign and date the following forms; Contractor Compliance and
Construction Regulations before starting any work.
• The Water Feature must meet height limits, pertaining to the Architectural Rules and
Regulations.
A Covenant and Maintenance Agreement will be required, one will be sent to you for
proper execution as soon as it is prepared by counsel.
• Your contractor must meet with Bob Pantanella, Director of Community Services prior to
any work commencing on this project, Mr. Pantanella's phone number is 760-564-1032.
All other PGA WEST II Residential Association Architectural Rules & Regulations dated
5/20/2013 pertain to this project.
• All City of LaQuinta Permit copies to be provided to the Association with the Notice of
Completion when the project is completed.
• 'Absolutely no changes to the plans that have been presented unless it goes back before
the Committee for approval.
Review by the Committee is only for genera/ conformance with the ArcWtectura/
Ru/es, It is tfie responsibility of the owner to fu//y understand and conform to the
Architectural Ru/es diteria whether or not all deficiencies are noted during review It

on the approval letter. If construction has not commenced within six months after the project
approval date, a new application must be submitted.
Upon completion of your project, please complete and return the Notice of Completion of
Architectural Change along with City of LaQuinta Permits signed off by the City as approved final.
