among other items, reviewed your Architectural Application for Pavers and Fircpit for your propertyat 80=
265 Merion. The Committee approves of the Pavers contingent upon the follov-ing terms and conditions.
• An Agreement and Covenant stunning with the Land will be required, one will be sent to you for
execution as soon as it is prepared, and the agreement stays with the pmperty and conditions the
owner as the responsible party for the improvements.
• Additionally, Bob Pantanella, Director of Community Services shall m.. -et with your contractor to
review safety issues on the property during this project prior to any wo:'k commencing. Mr.

• You will be responsible.for the removal and replacement of all'pavers if at any time in the future
the Association needs to have them removed to repair irrigation/water main and electrical lines.
