The Architectural Committee met on March 10, 2011 and reviewed and approved your
Application for Architectural Change for your home at 80-279 Merion subject to the following
conditions being met.
• "Quiet" pumps shall be utilized for all spa installations and shall meet the minimum
requirement of the industry's "quiet" pump standards. .
• The contractor shall ensure that the make-up water for the automatic water feed device
be tapped ahead of the main dwelling shutoff. Existing. hose bibs cannot be used for this
purpose.
e All other Architectural Rules & Regulations of PGA WEST H Residential Association dated
Revised 8/1/07 pertain.
• A Maintenance Agreement will be required, one will be sent to you for proper execution
as soon as it is prepared by counsel.

submittal is submitted for review.
