Dear Mr. Rise:
The Madison Club ,Design Review' Committee reviewed :and approved the revised planting plan
submitted for Lot 34B subject to the -following comments being addressed.,
1. The .pool design was approved as submitted. All. hardscape materials related to the pool.
'and fountain shall match the existing materia -Is. -used on the residence.
I The plantingfor Lot J/Utility-Easement was not shown on the plans.
3. Courtesy comment: The Olives and Citrus trees are planted 8' and 9' apart which may be
too dense as the trees mature.
4. Courtesy comment: The Citrus planted. in the. turf area may not do well and you might
want to reconsidenthe design.
5. Courtesy comment: The overall planting plan .does not. appearto address sun exposure,
ultimate size of plant growth and compatibility of species. However, as the areas of.
concern will :not be exposed to public viewing the committee is :not requesting any
mandatory.. changes. We are noting this as a courtesy as -you willmost likely have
ongoing 'maintenance issues based on the proposed design.
6. The geyser fountain and fountain details were approved as submitted. The -materials used
should be neutral in color and non -reflective. Again, no changes are required; however,
we wanted to alertyou to, the fact tut there_ may be deterioration }based on the current
design which .will be a maintenance problem for you in the future.
7. As a side note., the. .planting plan, does not appear to fully depict what :has been,
planted/existing in the field; however, the existing planting is acceptable and therefore no
further action is required.
