Contractor Agreement
"Button Up": Griffin Ranch La Quinta, CA
THIS AGREEMENT, made this June 15, 2012, by and between IOTA Griffin Ranch, LLC
hereinafter called the Project Owner, and 3 :Pros Landscape and Maintenance. hereinafter called
the Contractor for the Griffin Ranch project Tract # 32879 located in the City of La Quinta hereinafter
called the Project.
FOR THE CONSIDERATION HEREINAFTER NAMED, Contractor covenants and agrees with,
Project Owner, as follows:
FIRST. The Contractor agrees to furnish all material and perform all work necessary per this
Agreement, the requirements of any governing agencies and Contractor's proposal dated 4/30/12,
which includes, but is not limited to the following:
Demolition removal and disposal
5,000 sq.ft. Paver $2,000.00
28,0000 sq.ft. 4" Asphalt $30,500.00
48,0000 sq.ft. sod 2" $12,000.00
241 Boulder removed $4,000.00
57 trees and all shrubs $9,000.00
Capping & Removal Irrigation, wires, drainage etc. $3,500.00
Lot 57: Remove and dispose of concrete split rail fence across Mery Griffin Way. Patch street with
asphalt.
Lot 260: Has a water meter and backflow. Keep these in place. Provide and install a battery operated
irrigation controller/valve to water the- bougainvillea on the block walls. Do not remove the
bougainvillea or their irrigation lines. Remove all other irrigation on the lot.
Lot 54 & 274: Require special attention due to improvements encroach onto lot 273. Sidewalk goes
nowhere. Lots have artificial turf and boulders on property line, to be confirmed by surveyor.
Lot 53: Remove area drains, drain lines.
Lots 285-288, 289-291, AQ: Remove and dispose all`Madeira lot signs. Remove and dispose of, -
boulders.
Lots 289-291: Pull tumbleweeds away from wall, dispose. ,
Lots 53, 260, 269-272: Properly disconnect all irrigation from water meter. Identify point of
connection prior to disconnect. Remove all boulders and rocks. Remove all.trees; plants, sod other
green waste to disposal. Remove all concrete split rail fence, dispose'of properly. Remove and dispose
of all AC paving and edger board. Remove all above ground and underground irrigation lines, valves,
valve boxes, backflow preventers, irrigation clocks/controllers, area drains, drain lines, deep water
pipes for trees, etc. Dispose properly to dump. Do NOT damage stucco block walls adjacent to work.
Remove and dispose all turf edger board. Identify electrical point of connection for all landscape
lighting: Remove and dispose of all underground conduit, wire, boxes, fixtures, etc. Dispose of
properly. Remove and dispose of all concrete wheel stops in parking area. Remove rock/brick Remove .
and dispose all tree stakes. Remove rock/brick pilasters to dump. Remove and dispose all concrete
pavers to dump. Remove all signage to dump. Remove all excess clean fill; possibly to lots 285-291 for
grading and recompaction. Perform final cleanup on lots after certification. Remove all debris and
trash, large or small.
