Dear Mr. and Mrs. Hwang:
The Rancho La Quinta Architectural Committee has reviewed and approved your submittal of,
plans for pool, spa, firepit, waterfall, decking, and landscape for your home at 79-544 Mission .
Drive East, with the following conditions:
- All work is to be done in accordance with all applicable requirements of
governmental entities, including the City of La Quinta, and in accordance with all -
Homeowners Association architectural guidelines -nd governing documents.
The spa is shown as being raised 18". The 24"-36' boulders may not be installed
from the 18" spa elevation. in other words; those h)ulders may only installed so that
they are 24"-36" high measuring from . surface grade. .
Please note that other than the Queen Palms, all plEnt material must be maintained not
to exceed a height of 30".. Accordingly, the two 30 "raised mounds shown on the
plans must be planted in sod and not include any plant material other than the Queen
Palms shown.
Queen Palms must have a minimum trunk height of 9'. 24" box Queens will not meet
that standard.
- Fire pit must be gas, not wood burning.
- Water needs to sheet drain to golf course, not towards the house.
- Petite oleanders must be maintained at a height of'10".
- Height of equipment wall to be 4', not'5' as specified on plan.
When the above conditions have been met, and the work begun is finished, please fill out and
return to me the enclosed Notice of Completion.
