The proposed plans for addition of pool and landscaping at your home at 79-798 Mission
Drive Toast iu La Quinta have been re -reviewed and requires the following before being
re -presented to the Architectural committee:
1. On the golf course property line, only lawn to match the golf course or a IT
wide concrete mow band shall be allowed within a 12'setback from the
property line. No planters, including trees, shrubs, or groundcover other than
lawn shall be allowed i n this 12'setback. Provide 12"setback to decking.
