Swanson & Associates are the Consulting Engineer of Record for the above referenced project.
On the above date, our office completed inspection of the structural system. At that time, the
framing was ready for structural inspection with all structural components and framing
members installed. The framing and structural metal connectors, anchor bolts, holdowns, straps
and other metal and/or connectors were installed in accordance with structural plans and
specifications. Framing is in substantial conformance with the Structural Engineering Plans
created by our office.
The visual inspection is limited to the specified and designed framing elements normally installed
at the framing stage, including drag straps, plywood bracing panels and holdown anchors. This
inspection satisfies the code provision requiring structural observation of the wood framed
structural system.
This letter is provided at your request and is for informational purposes only. It is intended to
confirm and verify the installation of the framing elements shown on the approved drawings.
This letter does not provide a guarantee or warrantee against deficiencies, nor does it provide any
assurance of performance of the building. This inspection is independent of any building agency
inspections, approvals or third party special inspections.
