This letter is in regards to the demolition of one 2 story house located at 57-161 Monroe street in La Quinta. The house will be demolished using a Caterpillar excavator to bring the house down to the foundation. The structure will then be loaded into semi end dumps with a rubber tire loader. The material will be sent to a legal dump site. The foundation will be removed with the same excavator. Then loaded into semi end dumps and hauled to Sam Jones Mine in Thousand Palms. The site will be kept wet down at all times during demolition and all material will be kept with in a 25 foot perimeter of the building. The septic system will then be removed and disposed of.
