1. Tom, during my counter/phone duty, a Mr. Gunther came to the counter and requested the
approved plans for the stepped down garage. at 77-995 Calle Monterey @ 3:15pm .
The account of our conversation is provided because Mr. Gunther left stating we would hear
from his attorney.
Mr. Gunther asked for the approved plans for 77-995 Monterey, he stated he wanted to see the
approved stepped garage slab for the garage as built. I stated that the plans did not show the
stepped down- garage and the footing detail was not available. I stated that a faxed engineered
footing detail was provided at the time of the foundation inspection and a wet engineered copy
was to follow, and the contractor was called today because to date the detail has not been
received. I stated what Mr. Gunther asked for was not available. Mr. Gunther stated, irritated,
"Daniel lets not start off this way", my reply was "Mr. Gunther lets not start, off this way". At
that time Mr. Gunter slapped the counter and said we would be hearing from his attorney.
