NO'T'ICE: Pursuant to-Ordinance 457.57 Section-3.(b),, your are -
hereby notified that a three-bedroom dwelling, under construction,
located at 51-865 Avenida-Morales, La Quinta, California 92253
has.been-determined,to be a public nuisance as defined in. Section
17920.3 of the State'Health & Safety Code and Chapter 4;' Section
401(2) of the 1979 Uniform Housing Code.
The conditions which render-the structure a public _nuisance-are:
1. It is an attractive nuisance-which may prove.to be-detrimental
to an-inquisitive minor.,--
2.. It is-a fire and safety hazard due to.the lack of maintenance
of vegetation and debris gathering on thepremises,-which
provide a ready fuel to augment the spread and intensity of fire.
3. It has-been abandoned, leftopen and unsecured, contrary to the
