At the February 2:1", 2005, Architectural /Lindscapc Cotninittee meeting, the coj. ittee reviewed
and approved the pool, spa, and water fcature with the following conditiou: how will the pool
egt,dprnent be hidden from view of the golf coarse? The t3BQ, fireplace, and fisc pit are not
approved. Speci.ficsation.s are required for the 13BQ, the :Fireplace, and the fire pit and must he
resubmitted.
The front yard, courryard, and max yard landscaping pians are not apprcived. The comtrdttec is
regviesting that the .rear yard lan.dsca.pe plans and the plans for the front yard be resubmitted. Tb.e
plans show pea gravel in the side yards andit is suggested that. this be clianged to decomposed
gra.nitc ot, the ow.nets landscapers will find it difficult to Ret their, landscape equipment over the pea
gravel. The two trees shown in the corner of the rear property must be set back at least 15' from the.
rear property line as they both have large canopies. The Indian H.awt:ho.+.•.tte and the .1-ioneysuckle in
the back corners must hekept at a tna.x.imvm height of 48". The front curd plazas are not sufficient.
