Dear Mr. Santiago:
The photographs depicting the current condition of the referenced property revealed a one
car garage was converted to living area of the, habitable dwelling. An examination of the
building. file showed that plans were submitted in 1992, a permit was obtained and a 2 car
carport was constructed Withl a passing final inspection.
'A review of the case was conducted by the Community Safety Manager Deby Conrad,
Building &Safety Director Tom Hartung and I. It was determined the legal construction
of the 2 car garage increased the available parking and ultimately did not increase the
non -conformity.
Based on this finding, the case is being officially closed. A copy of this letter is being
'included in the Building File for the record in the event of any future inquiry.
