An examination of the building. file showed that plans were submitted in 1992, a permit was obtained and a 2 car carport was constructed Withl a passing final inspection. 'A review of the case was conducted by the Community Safety Manager Deby Conrad, Building &Safety Director Tom Hartung and I. It was determined the legal construction of the 2 car garage increased the available parking and ultimately did not increase the non -conformity.
