It has come to the attention of the City of La Quinta Department
of Building and Safety that your building permit #07466 for a
single family dwelling located at 52-485 Navarro has expired.
According to the Uniform Building Code, Section 303(d), no further
work shall be performed on the above permitted job -site until a
new permit has been issued or an extension granted.
Should you wish an extension of this permit you must request, in
writing, for an extension within 14 days of the date of this
letter.
Once a permit has expired a new permit must be obtained prior to
any further work or inspections to take place. The fees for a new
permit would be as listed in Section 303(d).
We appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.

Dear Sir:
Due to unforeseen circumstances and unavoidable delays for
four months with the cabinets for our house, among other
delays, we will need more time to finish the house.
We have been advised by this department to submit a written
request for a six month extension on our building permit.
Our last inspection was on 9-25-90 for our septic system
installation, and we are continuing to work toward our final
inspection.
