The development of the site shall be in oonfanranoe with the Exhibits A, B and C contained in the file for Plot Plan No. 85-198, unless otherwise emended by the following conditions. 2. The approved plot plan shall be used within two years of the approval date; otherwise, it shall become null and void arra of no effect whatsoever. By "use" is meant the beginning of substantial constriction, not including grading, contemplated by this approval which is begun with the two-year period and is thereafter diligently pursued to ompletion. 3. Water and sewage disposal facilities shall be installed in accordance with the requirements of the Riverside County Health Department. 4. Fire protection shall be provided in accordance with the standards of the U nifom Fire Code as adopted by the City of la Quanta. 5.
