LA QUINTA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
OCTOBER 16, 2007
A regular meeting of the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency was called to
order by Chairman Osborne.
PRESENT: Agency Members Adolph, Henderson, Kirk, Sniff,
Chairman Osborne
ABSENT: None
PUBLIC COMMENT - None
CLOSED SESSION
1. Conference with Agency's real property negotiator, Douglas R. Evans,
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 concerning potential
terms and conditions of acquisition and/or disposition of real property
located at 78-990 Miles Avenue (APN 604-032-0221. Property
Owner/Negotiator: National Community Renaissance of California,
Alfredo Izmajtovich.
The Redevelopment Agency recessed to Closed Session to and until the hour
of 7:00 p.m.
7:00 P.M.
The Redevelopment Agency reconvened at 9:59 p.m.
PUBLIC COMMENT - None
CONFIRMATION OF AGENDA - Confirmed
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Agency Member Sniff stated there was a significant amount of information,
comments and suggestion made by himself that were not included in the
minutes; and would not support approving the minutes at this time.
Agency Member Kirk stated he would prefer to see all comments made
reflected in the minutes as well, and suggested to postpone the approval of
the minutes to allow this information be included.

The Agency Board concurred to continue the approval of the minutes to
November 6, 2007, for the purpose of including detailed comments made by
Agency Member Sniff.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. APPROVAL OF DEMAND REGISTER DATED OCTOBER 16,2007.
2. RECEIVE AND FILE TREASURER'S REPORT DATED AUGUST 31,
2007.
3. RECEIVE AND FILE REVENUE & EXPENDITURES REPORT DATED
AUGUST 31,2007, AND INVESTMENT SUMMARY REPORT FOR THE
QUARTER ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2007.
MOTION - It was moved by Agency Members Sniff/Adolph to approve
the Consent Calendar as recommended. Motion carried unanimously.

PUBLIC HEARINGS - None
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, it was moved by Agency Members
Sniff/Adolph to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
