First of all, our condolences to you and ,your family.
Since Hill Dawson was leaving, Hawaii, and you and Dorothy
Willets, were not available, Bill and I met to, discuss the fiasco
of the Master .Bath and Fo!ti,4W Bath contracts not ging submitted
as requested on January 5th—and. and. what can now be done so as not
to cause us to have to do major demolition after close of escrow.
It appears that the standard tile is about ready to be installed
.in the Master Bath. (As you are now aware, we Ne

tile surrounding the shower).
We contacted Richard (Kirk) Kirkland to see if the city would
allow a Certificate of Occupancy on Lot 63 without any the or
sinks. He said under the circumstances, he would_DEFINITtLy ISSUE

immediate instructions can be issued to delete the tile and sinks
in the Master, and delete the cabinet, corian counters, and sinks
in the Powder Bath.
