Committee under tate following conditions:
1. The finish tot grading and drainage are constructed on this lot in accordance with the requirements
of Ole govemmental agencies in this Jurisdiction. For youir own prosection, please be sure that
Landscaping, walls, patios and o#w ingm ovemtemts installed provide for positive drainage away from
the foundation of your horrre (2% minimum) and; away from your neighbor's property. You will be
responsible for damage to your home or tot or to your neighbor's home or lot due to improper
modWicationr of the finish lot grading and/or drainage. Please also rei'er to Section 4.7 of your
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restricdons entitled "Drainage" for mtore details.
N01iE: Extra precautions should be taken With planter amas next to the
foumdatlon, where trapped water can lead to damage to the foundation. Since the
finWied grade sh"d be maintained 6 inches below the house stab, any installed
