installation a letter is submitted to the homeowner directly adjacent to the pool
equipment acknowledging that at no time now or in the future will the
homeowner hold the association legally and physically responsible for said
placement of the equipment. Homeowner is to submit signed acknowledgement to
the Associations Management Firm.
