The enclosure of. the atrium for Unit B-511
also known as 79-930 Cedar Crest has been approved subject
to the following:
1. Appropriate building permit must be obtained
from the City of La Quinta. Job card should be
posted in a visible place on the outisde of the
dwelling.
2. Roof integrity and drainage must be maintained as
originally designed.
3. Any water entry issues that may arise as a result
of this work are solely the responsibility of the
homeowners and/or contract for correction.
4. Water cannot be diverted in any manner causing.- --
run -:off into the adjacent home.
5. All materials ordered.for this construction must
be kept within the-drieveway or entry courtyard
area. The street cannot be used for storage of
materials.
6. Any landscaping that'is'..disturbed as a result of
this work must be restored to its original
condition.
