The Architectural Committee met on June 6, 2008 and, among other items, reviewed
and approved your application of a spa/pool/patio decking at your home at 80-070
Cedar Crest, La Quinta, CA at PGA WEST II.
The Architectural Committee has the following conditions and requirements:
• The committee recommends that you review the enclosed specifications for the
PGA West concrete mix for consideration prior to the installation of your patio
decking.
• All Architectural Rules and Regulations of PGA WEST II Residential Association
Revised 8/01/07 must be followed.
• Specifically the Rules concerning Pools, Spa, Water Features, Fire Pits and
Outdoor Fireplaces, pages 22, 23 and 24 are followed exactly.
• The setback requirement of a minimum of five feet from the property line on golf
course is hereby waived to 2 feet from the rear property line as approved by CNL
Desert Resort, LP, ("Desert Resorts' in a letter dated May 27, 2008, copy
enclosed.
Please contact Luis Umana, Sunshine Landscape at 760/346-3999 and Joanne Rose,
CCAM, the Association Manager at 760/862-6320, prior to any irrigation modifications
associated with this change. Damage to the landscaping, i.e., shrubs, trees, flowers and
turf is the responsibility of the contractor. The original landscaping must be brought
back to its original condition when the project is completed.
