Architectural Change Request—Pool, spa, patio decking extension, and
additional landscaping
Dear Mr. & Mrs, Miller;
The Architectural Committee reviewed your revised drawing submitted by a new poet
contractor, Trldon and Spa Construction for the pool, spa and patio decking extension.
Since.there is no landscaping shown on these revised plans (received February 2, 2007),
the prior landscape approval based on the drawing from Family Pools will be used in
conjunction with this approval.
The Architectural Committee has the following comment:
• The committee recommends that you review the enclosed specifications for the
PGA West concrete mix for consideration prior' to the installation of your patio
decking.
• "Quiet" pumps shall be utilized for all pool and spa installations and shall meet
the minimum requirement of the industry's "quiet". pump standards.
• The contractor shall ensure that the make-up water for the automatic water feed
device be tapped ahead of the main dwelling shutoff. usting hose bibs cannot
be used fbr this purpose. , '
The Landscape Commltba blas the following comments:
• • Your contractor must warranty the trees and shmbs for one year.
• Only low voltage lighting with a maximum of 50 watts may be used for exterior
lighting applications. All added lighting shall be maintained by the homeowner
and shall. not be sled into Association electricity.
• Added shrub irrigation shall be connected to a separate station on. the irrigation
.timer so it will not be watered with the turf.
Please contact Luis umana, Sunshine Landscape at 760/346-3.999 and Carol Fuller, the
Association Manager, prior to any irrigation modifications associated with this change.
Damage to the landscaping, i,e., shrubs, trees, flowers and turf Is the responsibility of
the contradw. The original landscaping must be brought back to Its original condition
when the project is completed.
