The following language should serve as satisfying your requirement, as recommended by the California Board for Professional Engineers; The Engineer of Record (EOR) has reviewed the building components engineered by others in these truss calculations and drawings for compliance with the project spec cations. The interface between these components and the project has been reviewed for conformance with the appropriate building codes.
