The Architectural Committee for PGA WES TH Residential Association meton March 12, 2009 and,
among other items, reviewed your Architectural Application for a Pool/Spa, Firepit, Barbecue and Patio
Extension. The Committee approves on the Application contingent upon the following conditions being .

• "Quiet" pumps shall be utilized for all pool and spa installations and shall meet the minimum
requirement of the industry's "quiet" pump standards.
• The contractor shall ensure that the make-up water for the automatic water feed device be tapped
ahead of the main dwelling shutoff. Existing hose bibs cannot be used
• The committee recommends that you reviews the enclosed specifications for the PGA. West
concrete mac for consideration prior to the installation of your patio decking.
• A Maintenance Agreement will be required, ono will, be sent to you for execution as soon as it is
prepared, and the agreement stays with the property and conditions the owner as the responsible
ply for the improvements. .
• Please ieview the specifications of the barbecue, the height must comply with the rules height of
countertop cannot exceed 36"; total height including countertop cannot exceed 54":
• No work may commence until Teserra Pools meets with Sunshine Landscape to review the

Manager, prior to any irrigation modifications associated with flus change. , Damage to the' landscaping, ie.,
shrubs, trees, flowers and turf is the responsibility of the contractor. The original landscaping must be
brought back to its original condition when the project is completed.
Approvals given by the Architectural Committee are good for only sig months from the daze on the
approval letter. If construction has not commenced within six months after the project approval dato, a new
application must be submitted
