The Architectural Committee for PGA WES TH Residential Association met on June 1972009 and., among
other items, reviewed your Architectural Application for a Pool/Spa, Firepit and Patio Extension. The
Committee approves on the Application contingent upon the following conditions being met.
• "Quiet" pumps shall be utilized for all pool and spa installations and shall meet the minimum
requirement of the industry's "quiet" pump standards.
• The contractor shall ensure that the make-up water for the automatic water feed device be tapped
ahead of the main dweDing shutoff. Existing hose bibs cannot be used
• The committee recommends that you review the enclosed specifications for the PGA West
concrete mix for consideration prior to the installation of your patio decking.
• A Maintenance Agreement will be required, one will be sent to you for execution as soon as it is
prepared, and the agreement stays with the property and conditions the owner as the responsible
party for the improvements.
• No work may commence until Teseira Pools meets with. Sunshine Landscape to review the
property. The rear of this property contains main irrigation lines and electrical components of that
irrigation system and if they are damaged by the digging you will be responsible for the repair to
the system.
• Please be reminded that once a homeowner installs custom concrete surfaces, the Association has
no responsibility for maintenance or repairs for such modifications. Per the Architectural
Guidelines, reference page 7, Section 6 — Patio Decking & Patio Extensions, ...." Any damage or
change to the aforementioned shall be at the Owncr's expense."
