The members of the Architectural Committee have reviewed the additional information
submitted for the application for the pool; spa and decking project at your residence and
grant approval to the project.
The Landscape Committee, however, questions the use of both roses and Purple
Fountain Grass behind the pool in the buffer zone. The Landscape Committee prefers
that only roses be used as the Fountain Grass can grow to a height of 7-8 feet and
requires constant trimming to keep it below three feet.
