Members of the Architectural Committee have reviewed the plans for the new pool and
approve the plans with the following conditions:
1. An 18" flowerbed separating the property line from the decking is required to
shield the pool from the golf course. Irrigation should also include 24" of golf
course.
2. A detailed landscaping plan must be submitted.
3. Decking color to closely match existing decking
4. Street and front yard to be restored to current condition upon completion of job.
