The Riverside County Fire Department has reviewed the new vehicle access gate plans
and they are approved with the following conditions:
1. Knox access shall be provided for all gates located at the development site. Knox
device order forms can be picked up from the address listed in the header.
2. A verification inspection is required.
The Fire Department approved plans and conditions letter must be at the job site or NO inspection
will be performed.
Applicant/installer shall be responsible to contact the Fire Department to schedule inspections.
Requests for inspections are to be made at least 72 hours in advance and may be arranged by
calling (951)955-5282.
SUBJECT TO FIELD INSPECTION - Nothing in our review shall be construed as encompassing
structural integrity. Review of this plan does not authorize or approve any omission or deviation
from all applicable regulations. Final approval is subject to field inspection.
