The Board of Directors for the Haciendas at La Quinta formally approved your Architectural
request by a majority vote. It is the Board's understanding that:
1. Based on the information you provided your project will conform to the builder's
alteration of the #2 floor plan for the "golf cart" room.
2. Painting of the French doors and/or trim will match the approved paint palette for the
Haciendas. Yesterday I delivered two copies of the updated paint palette notebook to
your Board secretary, Bonnie Partyka. I also have a copy in my office. The entire
paint palette for the Haciendas will also be available on the VISTA paint website. We
plan to include a VISTA brochure with the next statement mailing that will provide
detailed directions on how to access the VISTA website.
