This is to inform you the Architectural Review Committee for The Enclave — Santa Rosa
Cove Estates Homeowners Association met recently to review your 9/27/10 submittal.
After due consideration the Architectural Review Committee has approved your three
items contingent on the following:
1. Approval is granted for the new pool & spa as called out as a zero lot line.
2. Approval is granted for the new pool equipment location at the left rear corner at
the property line.
3. Approval is granted for the A/C with the new 6'0" high wall located on the
adjacent lot 77-195 Avenida Arteaga also owned by Mr. & Mrs. Knight. Mr. &
Mrs. Knight have provided confirmation to the Association that in the event they
do not merge the two lots together or sell the vacant lot 77-195 Avenida Arteaga,
they will relocate the A/C equipment within the lot of 77185 Avenida Arteaga per
the attachment dated 10/6/10 sent fiom Jason Wilson.
4. Please provide the Association with all permits fiom the City of La Quinta for
building the new pool on the zero lot line.
5. Please return notice of completion form at the end of your installation.
