1. The use df this site shall be in conformance with the approved exhibits

1. The Riverside County Department of Environmental Health performed a final
inspection for the Vons store at the above address on 7/25/03. The required flooring
correction was addressed and corrected by Phoenix Builders within.1 week. The
discrepancy was referred to the Department Surveillance Inspector for follow up.
2. The Starbucks kiosk is treated by this department as a separate business and was built
under a. separate permit. That facility received its final 8/27/04. The floor of the storage
room was also. epoxied within I week and also referred to Surveillance for follow-up.
