SUBJECT: SIGN PERMIT APPLICATION 2013-1688: TARBELL REALTORS
Dear Mr. Rector:
The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for a
permanently -mounted business identification sign, on .the north -facing building elevation for
Tarbell Realtors, at 78-29'1 Highway 1 1 1, within the Plaza La Quinta shopping center. The
approval is subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. This sign permit grants one permanent, building-mourited, illuminated channel letter
identification sign for "Tarbell Realtors Preferred Properties". The maximum sign
letter height shall not exceed sixteen (16) inches, the overall sign shall not exceed
thirty-three (33) inches in height. The total square footage of the sign shall be no
greater than fifty (50) square feet. The materials and location for the sign are per
the approved plans on file with the Community Development Department.
2. If necessary, a building permit shall be obtained prior to any work on the signs being
started.
