Dear Ms. Escobedo:
The Community Development Department has approved your request to install a new
permanent sign for your store in the Plaza La Quinta Shopping Center, subject to the following
conditions and attached exhibits:
1. The sign shall be displayed in compliance with the requirements of the adopted Sign
Program for the shopping center.
2. The sign contractor shall schedule an appointment with the Code Compliance
Department (760-777-7050) on the day the sign is to be installed insuring that the sign
• being installed complies with the approved exhibit. The appointment shall be made 24
hours prior to the sign being installed.
This decision may be appealed to the Planning Commission provided a written appeal and filing
.,fee of $175.00 are received by this Department within 15 calendar days. Should you wish to
'appeal this decision, please contact our office for assistance. -
