The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for
one permanent building -mounted internally -illuminated channel letter sign on the northern
building elevation of La Quinta Mail Boxes, located at 78-401 Highway 1 1 1, Suite C. The
approval is subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. This sign permit grants one internally -illuminated building identification sign. The
total square footage for the sign on the northern building elevation shall be no
greater than 17.20 square feet.
The materials for the sign are per the approved plans on file with the Community
Development Department.
2. If necessary, a building permit shall be obtained prior to any work on the signs
being started.
3. The sign shall conform to the approved sign program for Plaza La Quinta.
