Dear Mr. Engle,
The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for
one permanently mounted business identification sign at 78-370 Highway 111, Suite
200. The approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. This sign permit grants one permanent internally illuminated channel letter sign,
one non -illuminated letter sign, and one illurninated logo can sign. The
"Commonwealth" letter. sign are white with blue translucent vinyl, with black trim
caps and returns, and attached flush to the fascia. The logo is white and blue, and
'is also attached flush to the fascia. The. materials for the sign are per the approved
plans on file with the Community Development Department.
2. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to
installation of the sign.
