The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for a
permanently mounted business identification sign for "BELLA NAILS" at 78-370 Highway
1 1 1, Ste. 180, within the Point Happy commercial center. The approval is s.ubject to the
following Conditions of Approval:
This sign permit grants one permanent internally -illuminated channel letter
identification sign to be flush -mounted on the building's southern facing elevation,
as shown on the graphic on file as part of this application. The total square footage
of the sign shall be no greater than ten (10) square feet. Total letter height shall not
exceed twelve. (1 2) inches. The materials for the sign are per the approved plans on
file with the Community Development Department.
2. If necessary, a building permit shall be obtained prior to any work on the signs being
started.
3. The sign shall conform to the approved sign program for Point Happy.
