The Planning Department has reviewed the proposal for additional outdoor
lighting at the Bank of America building, within the Point Happy Commercial
Center. The Planning Department is accepting of the proposed changes, subject
to conformance with the existing sources at the commercial center and subject
to the following conditions:
1. The new light pole shall match the existing parking lot light poles at the
shopping center. The new pole shall match the height, color, and design
of the existing pole at the site.
2. The light source and light output shall match the existing light output of
the existing light poles at the site.
3. The applicant shall comply with the City's Lighting Ordinance (L.Q.M.0
9.100.150) .
