Dear Mr. Rodriguez:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for one illuminated sign
for "BEAUTY @ THE BAR". The approval is subject to the following Conditions:
1. The sign will be located on the east building elevation and will total 18.67 square
feet. The sign will be internally illuminated and not have a visible metal raceway.
2. All signage shall comply with the Point Happy Sign Program.
3. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior
to installation of the sign, if required.
