LA BRASSERIE
Dear Mr. Cross:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your, request for two signs for the "La
Brasserie" restaurant. The sing on the awning sign on the. north elevation will illuminated and
the wall sign on the east elevation will be non -illuminated. The restaurant is located at 78-477
Highway 111, in the Plaza La Quinta shopping center. The approval is subject to the following.
Conditions:
1. This sign permit grants one awning sign at 16.33 square feet and a wall sign at 12.33
square feet. The materials and mounting details for the sign are per the approved
plans on file with the Planning Department.
2. All signage shall comply with the Sign Program for Plaza La Quinta.
3. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to
installation of the sign if required.
