Two building mounted signs were proposed to be installed, one on each chimney of the new restaurant. Upon review of the Point .Happy Sign Program and the proposed signs, the following findings were made: the proposed building is located on two major public streets and a highly traveled and key City intersection. This constitutes a special situation applicable only to this property in this Center. The signs are allowed with the following conditions: 1. The sign facing Highway 111 shall be no larger than 50 square feet as measured by Zoning Code requirements. The sign facing Washington Street shall be .no larger than 35 square feet as measured by Zoning Code requirements. 2. The signs shall not be allowed to project over the roof line. 3. . All cabinet depths shall be no more four inches. 4. Cabinet returns and all cabinet faces shall match existing finish. 5. Pop out acrylic letters shall be one inch in thickness. 6. Lighting effect shall be solid white and all ivory colored letter returns shall be black. 7.
