Cc's of recent information for you FYI. We are in plan check and look forward to a
permit pretty quick. Your permit application had run out so I prevailed upon Gregg
Butler to let me extend it on your behalf, hence, this letter.
I asked Gregg if you could start on the wash down area work and he implied that maybe
as soon as he saw activity on the front sidewalk maybe we could go forward on the wash
down instead of waiting for completion of the sidewalk work. I had explained to him the
situation with the Health Department.
Gregg also asked me to apologize to you for him for not returning your phone call, an
oversight!
I would suggest you contact Primus and get them back in the stream and ready to go.
That, of course, is your call. When the permit is ready to pull, they will have to pull it as
the contractor of record.
