remodel of the patio at 75-575 Highway 111, Suite 100, La Quinta, California per the
renderings submitted to me except for the paint color on the renderings. The paint color
must conform to the existing paint of the shopping center.
Prior to commencement of construction pleases submit to Landlord for approval a set of
the detailed working drawings for Landlord to give final approval.
I also grant you. right of first refusal on Suite 200 at the shopping center when the
premises becomes available for Lease. It is understood that the terms and 00VAtions will
be negotiated a% that time and all prior discussions regarding the leasing of Suite 200 are
null and void.
